Document Navigation - Understanding the Top Navigation Bar

When you enter the Document page, you will see a top navigation with a few different options. We have File, Tools, Translate, Navigation, Notepad and Focus Music.

Clicking on each of these texts will either bring up a menu of options or in the case of Notepad and Focus Music, show you the option immediately. We'll go through each of these options in separate answers here. If you are looking for information on a specific option, please use the search to get to it quickest.
